I very disappointed that the brand new car that I purchased was not before it was turned over to me. My sale person thar it ,but you could see where the stickers on the front windshield were I calle purchased was not before it was turned over to me. My sale person thar it ,but you could see where the stickers on the front windshield were I called back and spoke with Matt and he advised me that I could bring it back and they would have it detailed for me. After spending almost sixty thousand dollars I was not offered a gas card or even a tee shirt. I patronize Serra Nissan quite often. I expected a little more appreciation for my business. More
