They told us that they lost our prepaid oil change paperwork and tried to make us pay for it again. We had to go find our dealer and have him print the prepayment form. Then when my car was finally do paperwork and tried to make us pay for it again. We had to go find our dealer and have him print the prepayment form. The paint and body shop finished the work in a very reasonable amount of time. The work was professional. The service center at Nissan, however, drug their feet for a couple of months. A lack of communication between corporate and the service center left me, the customer, holding the bag. A simple phone call or couple of emails should have resolved this matter in one day. I hold the primary responsibility to be the service center at Serra Nissan Bham. I was called back only twice throughout all of this mess. And that only happened when I complained to corporate multiple times. Ryan, the service manager, might handle other claims and situations better but this one was a flub. More
