No better place to buy a car I have been to Serra Mazda twice to purchase a vehicle. Both times that I was there they were very friendly and very welcoming. During the whole car I have been to Serra Mazda twice to purchase a vehicle. Both times that I was there they were very friendly and very welcoming. During the whole car buying process it did not seem as if they were hassling you to buy a car. They introduce you to everyone in the service department all of their managers and also their customer service representative. They make sure that the car was detailed and when there was a problem the manager took care of it himself. Wendy was a customer service representative and she was a very friendly person. She made sure that I knew how to download the Mazda app and understand how to use it when syncing it with my vehicle. We were there for a little bit of time and she even sat down with us to have a conversation with us to get to know us personally. Eric our sales sales representative was very friendly very welcoming and helped us with all of our car buying needs. He made sure that we got all of the features that we were looking for and also make sure that we got a good deal on the trade for our old car.
