My husband and I were in for a recall and routine service visit (which your wonderful service department let us use a vehicle to run and enjoy breakfa My husband and I were in for a recall and routine service visit (which your wonderful service department let us use a vehicle to run and enjoy breakfast at J&S down the road). While visiting with JC while waiting for service to finish up he mentioned a deal they were having on the 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe Ultimates. Not being in the market for a new vehicle since my 2014 Santa Fe was still in great condition, I only half listened but my husband was real impressed by the deal and it was a step up from my current vehicle for less money. I left with all the information on the vehicle and told JC we would think about it over the weekend. I called JC Monday morning and gave him the go ahead to find the vehicle in the color I wanted. By the end of the week JC called saying he got my vehicle and when I stopped by to check it out before finalizing the deal I was disappointed to see it had the wrong interior color. I almost gave up at that time but JC didnt give up on me and came through awesome, finding me the perfect vehicle with the right colors. Through the whole process JC never pressured me into buying something I didn't want (first vehicle, wrong interior) and was really great at making sure I got the vehicle I wanted. When we are in the market for our next vehicle JC will be the first person we will talk to! More
