I had such a positive experience in purchasing a vehicle and having it serviced, that my husband started going there. This was 12 years ago. But if I was on the fence about where to buy from, my experience with Lexie would have strongly influenced my final decision. She was far and away the most pleasant, helpful and professional salesperson we met with. I was shocked to learn later that she had much less experience in the position than I had assumed. Keep her happy, because she'll keep your customers like me happy! My only non-positive (neutral, really) comment: On one hand, the no-haggle policy was a welcome change. On the other hand... while I'm confident we got a FAIR price, I struggled to know if I got a GOOD deal or not. I don't demand every dollar I can get in a negotiation with a seller I appreciate, but the inability to negotiate at all left me no feedback on where I stood in the rip-off vs. steal spectrum. This was amplified when a competitor offered me the same vehicle for $1800 less the day before I came in to close the deal. I had already entered into a verbal agreement by phone with Lexie (who had certainly earned the sale), so I was fine with moving forward... but still wonder if the Bill Marsh price was higher than necessary to provide a reasonable profit for quality service. More
