Just to let the world know. The guys at Serra went above and beyond for me and my wife to out us in a new to us car! It took a while but he would not let us leave till we drove the car off the lot. They stayed till 8 last night to make sure we had our car and the deal we needed. My wife and I had a very bad experience at Sunny King Honda in Oxford. We left the Oxford dealership and went to Serra Honda in Sylacauga. We are so glad we did !!! Our salesman Eddie was so great and knowledgeable of his products and the way he treated my wife not only did we buy a new Civic our daughter bought one too. He sold two cars to us that day. The whole process was great. The financing experience was good. Everything Eddie told us is exactly what happened. We added leather to my wife’s Civic and they took care of our request in just a few days. I can’t wait say enough good things about Eddie and Serra Honda. We have another daughter who is in the market for a new car. She drives a Accord. We will definitely be sending her to Eddie. More

UPDATE: THEY FIXED THE DENT AND IT LOOKS VERY GOOD THANKS TO THE PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR GUY... not to be confused with Serra Honda of Sylacauga.. PDR GUY=GOOD.. SERRA HONDA= BAD The second thing being the TERRIBLE customer service from Eddie jones. He will take all the praise from selling you a car but nothing to insure your happy AFTER THE SELL. I had a scheduled service to check my a/c not blowing properly AND I made the appointment with some guy in parts because service was at lunch or something. Fast forward to the next day I TEXTED AND CALLED Mr. Eddie jones an hour before we got there to remind him of everything. no response. no call back. nothing. All my wife got when she got there from Eddie was a "why are you here already" and proceeded to call her my daughter. After her having to remind him that she was my wife ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE and if it wasn't for the incredible people that SURROUND Eddie. There would be a lot more reviews like this. couple of the good guys : sales manager joe.. poor guy didn't know what was going on but he tried.. THE PAINTLESS DENT REPAIR GUY THEY USE IF FANTASTIC KENNY THE TECHINICAN. Between Kayleen swapping cars, Eddies terrible communication and customer service and poor ole "Sales Manager Joe" not even knowing all this is going on.. this dealership is doomed. More
