They've always gotten me right in. They explain the service plans very well. I like getting the email reminders for service. I called for an appointment to get an oil change and I was told it would be a week and half before I could get one and I said I was goi g in vacation and needed one since it was the first one since buying was told it would be a week and half before I could get one and I said I was goi g in vacation and needed one since it was the first one since buying my new car and the service rep said if I could just drop it off they would manage to get it done that day for me and they did. I was grateful they were able to get it done so we could go on vacation with peace of mind. More
