We had a mixed experience. Eden Labra was the person we worked with in sales, and she was not helpful or nice during the process. Upon arriving to inspect and purchase a brand-new car that was dealer traded in, we noticed major spots on the car that weren't coming off with the rub of a finger. Instead of taking the car to detail right away to see if they could be easily fixed, Eden wanted to know if "it was going to be a deal breaker" and that she needed to "know right away since managers were on a limited time frame for the appointment" and informed us that "Cars don't always come perfect." This was very annoying and unsettling when buying a BRAND NEW car. Nobody should be okay with majorly noticeable spots on the paint and instead of trying to alleviate the issue right away and continue with the deal that she was stressed out about because of time framing, she wanted to argue if it was going to be a deal breaker for us. After wasting 10 minutes arguing, she got it over to detail and they were just hard water spots that had set into the paint, so they just needed some cleaning supplies applied, and the car was good to go. We were then left with limited time to finish paperwork and couldn't complete everything with Brian who was unaware of the stress that Eden had put on this situation. After the experience that Eden set us up for, we were not feeling good at all about coming back and purchasing a brand-new car from this dealership. We did go back and just talked with Brian and Travis. They were both helpful, informative and understanding of the situation. They apologized for Eden's process and demeanor during everything, and we ended up finishing the deal. It seems like everyone is very helpful and nice besides Eden so be weary of that. More
