I was 1st impressed with the service reception area. It was big, organized and the floor was clean and fairly dry which is a challenge in Michigan during our cold snowy conditions. The courtesy car driver was prompt, a safe driver and carried on a good conversation as we traveled. Soon after I finished shopping I was contacted by the dealership that my vehicle was done unless I wanted the recommended tire rotation which I agreed to. I was also told the driver would be on the way to pick me up. Back at the dealership I was presented with a bill that did not include the free oil change I was entitled to for purchasing a certified vehicle. This issue was taken care of immediately. I paid the cashier for the tire rotation and was on my way. More
