The courtesy car driver was prompt, a safe driver and carried on a good conversation as we traveled. Soon after I finished shopping I was contacted by the dealership that my vehicle was done unless I wanted the recommended tire rotation which I agreed to. I was also told the driver would be on the way to pick me up. Back at the dealership I was presented with a bill that did not include the free oil change I was entitled to for purchasing a certified vehicle. This issue was taken care of immediately.
