Disappointed. Had great communication and response from the advisor (5 stars) service not so much. Had an oil service and tire rotation along with a warranty replacement of my headlamp. Picked up my vehicle after hours, had them lock my vehicle and leave keys in it. Picked up passenger window was left down, while driving home my tire light came on, I pulled over to check the tire pressures and all where fine but one was slightly off (thinking tech did not calibrate the tires after rotation) I regulated pressures and then calibrated the the tpms haven’t had an issue since, and my right fog lamp wasn’t working) was when I dropped off. Thinking maybe it was burned out brought it to another shop and found it wasn’t plugged in! Along with clips missing from the front bumper being removed from the headlamp being replaced. More
