He took his Dodge Journey in because he thought something was wrong with the brakes. There was and after looking at what the problem was, they determined that at the last service visit - something was hooked up incorrectly causing the issues with the brakes. They called to say the work was done and that there would not be a charge because of an error they made. We never would have known but they still made it right.Needless to say Rivertown Honda is our place and choice for servicing our cars. Service with integrity! Gayle Orange More

Bought a 2015 CRV Technician spent time explaining what was wrong with my car. I had a 2003 CRV with 205,000 miles. The repairs were going to cost more than I was willing to put into a car that old. Salesperson was very quick to show me a car that met my needs. She spent a lot of time going over all the bells and whistles and told me to come in anytime I had any questions. Everything went smoothly except that my title came back describing an unknown vehicle. I'm still waiting for that to get cleared up. Only issue with the car is that I'm having trouble finding a bike rack that will work with the car. I'll have to get a trailer hitch and rack. Not thrilled about having to take on that expense, but it will work out. More

Dwayne always takes stellar care of our needs in the service department, always going the extra steps to keep the car in top shape. We recently sold our 2007 Honda and got our asking price by the first person who tried out the car. We immediately worked with Kim, who was then able to get exactly the car we wanted as a replacement, all within hours. We found surprisingly no pressure, just a person who listened and used years of experience to satisfy our needs. We couldn't ask for more intelligent and genuinely caring people. Of course, we'll have the new Honda serviced at Rivertown Honda, too, and would recommend them to anyone. More

Great experience! I needed a new SUV to replace my convertible and an older large SUV.
