Truth be told...we had come in the day before( Sat) and no one greeted us and when I approached a guy and asked him where we needed to go for an oil change he was flippant and told me to read the signs outside. Well, my recollection was that you lined up cars outside and cane in... didn’t have a clue that we were supposed to drive in bldg. We left and almost did not return to your dealership. More
