I have taken my car to Serra Honda for repairs from the start. I was always given exceptional service. When I moved to a new town I used the local Honda dealership for repairs. After a few scheduled repair start. I was always given exceptional service. When I moved to a new town I used the local Honda dealership for repairs. After a few scheduled repairs with the new dealership, I remained dissatisfied. So I came back to Serra Honda where I know I will be taken care of right even though it’s an hour drive away. More
My experience was without delay or complications. That means a lot in this day and age. Because of the great service I had received on my vehicle I was able to trade it in for a very good price towards the purchase of a new Honda. Recall service on our CRV was completed in record time. Unfortunately the car wash was terrible this time.. Didn’t wipe down the windows now have water spots on the windows and whole car. I purchased my 07 Ridgeline from Perre on 12/20/22 which was pleasant but he was supposed to fix the hood release...I was disappointed that it didnt get done when I came back the next day to pick it up. I had my truck 31 days and my stopped moving ,had it towed to Brighton dealership...I asked for a diagnostic report and I feel I've been getting a run around and I'm struggling to find $2100 more to put into. Geordie, the service advisor said they would work with me but I still have not received a written estimate, I signed on but never received a copy....I will go elsewhere More
This dealership was absolutely amazing ! !! I talked to Gary SlyField about my 2020 honda pilot making a cracking popping noise from the sound system that other honda dealerships could not fi !! GARY Was so compassionate and so understanding. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for a Honda or need anything looked at with their Honda to go see Gary Slyfield. He fixed my Honda in one day and was able to order parts for me really fast ! I had a long roadtrip for that same week and he understood completely about that noise the Honda was making and how horrible it would have been to drive far distance with it. Thank you so much Gary for taking the time to fix My Honda and for being so compassionate and understanding . I will definitely be going back to you for my future Hondas! More
