Indecisive purchasers We've owned two previous Kia's that we never had any issues with. When we went to the dealership we weren't sure which model would most fit our needs. We settled on a nice 2019 model and took the vehicle home. After further thought, we returned to the dealership the following Monday, requesting that we select a Sorento with more of the specific options we wanted. We were able to work with the dealership to obtain a 2020 Sorento that better met our needs. The staff at the dealership was patient and accommodating, helping us get into the vehicle we wanted with a cost that was manageable. More

Brennon's manager Jason F. goes above and beyond as well to ensure you get the answers you need. Needless to say, I am very satisfied with Serra Gardendale Kia's Sales department. Great service We were looking for a Kia telluride and so I looked around at all the dealerships. Alot of them weren't willing to negotiate price over the phone but We were looking for a Kia telluride and so I looked around at all the dealerships. Serra Kia gave me a great price over the phone and sent me pictures and answered all my questions and we drove 3 hours to get it the next day. Overall a very good experience. More
