I came in for my routine oil change which I had easily scheduled an appointm The staff at Serra Kia is always so welcoming, accommodating and helpful! I came in for my routine oil change which I had easily scheduled an appointment online. After about an hour they had come to the waiting area (which had coffee and fresh popped popcorn) to tell me that everything went as expected. They were able to do the oil and filter change and had agreed that I needed two new front tires which I told them before we started that I have an appointment scheduled. She mentioned they were taking my car to the cleaning step and it would be done shortly. After waiting awhile and wondering what was taking so long I began to look out to see if they were almost done. Another staff member came to apologize for the wait and said it was almost ready. Come to find out..the staff wanted to surprise me. The young gentlemen cleaning my car saw how dirty it was and that I did not have the products to clean my rims. He hand scrubbed every single rim until they were shining! Not only that but added some conditioner to my steering wheel and made my 2013 Optima look BRAND NEW again! He was so happy to do it and they wanted it nice for me again like it used to be. I was almost in tears because they did not have to do that but he went above and beyond! I gave him a big hug and they were so happy to see me so stunned and grateful and wished that I would have a great weekend. This is why I love this place. They are so kind and so helpful! 10/10 would recommend. More

I arrived apx 1:30 pm - 1st thing I noticed is that no prices were on the cars, and the manager did not want us Everyone at dealership was friendly. I arrived apx 1:30 pm - 1st thing I noticed is that no prices were on the cars, and the manager did not want us to walk around the lot and look at the cars alone. After having a discussion informing salesman of our needs for a car and type of car we needed and giving our qualifying info we were requested not to look at the cars on our own but to let the salesman show us cars in our quoted price range and payment requirments. We were shown several cars and test drove two. 1st car was truly a great car but was outsside (above) the raangwee we informed him we were looking for. second car fit within our requirements to within 3 dollarss, good so far. Went to test drive and car would not start, mechanic had to come out and start car. Went for a ride; great riding/driving car. While we waited to sig forms for purchase car was taken to shop to detail, replace battery, and repair or replace key as the batteries were dead in both key fobs. It was between 7 and 8 when we left that night and had to leave without car after purchase. Shop was going to fix key fob, replace battery and clean/detail car for us to pick up Wednesday afternoon. FDue to issues with key fob, car was not ready to pick up unless we brought the car back on Thursday to finish repairs and replacing key batteries. We agreed to pick up today, Thursday after 2 pm. Will pick up tonight aaafter I get off from work hopefully. So far no contact from dealership today to inform us all repairs made and ready to bepicked up. Hopefully all will be ready tonight. Looking forward to it. The car appears to be in overall really good shape. Still excited to pick it up. More
