I met a real idiot today at Serra Kia service department. Today I called Bryan about a light on my dash. Bryan as always asked me to bring it straight over to him. He said that he would address the issue immediately. I was only four miles away. When I arrived at the dealership Bryan was assisting another client. He waved at me and said "I will be right with Ms. Martin." He is so polite. Then a man came over and said "What's the problem today?". He said that his name was Scott and I told him that I had an appointment with Bryan. He replied, "I will help you." I did not want that man to help me. He is so rude. Thank goodness Bryan walked up. He shook my hand with a smile. He got in my car and started it up. He looked at my light on the dash. He explained to me that it was a low tire warning light. He said that he could take of it in just a minute if there was not a leak in one of my tires. That man, Scott, was talking over Bryan, saying "You are going to have to drive it after putting air in the tire." Bryan replied to him, "Sir we are going to put nitrogen in Ms. Martin's tires." Anyway Bryan carried my car around and I just waited up by Bryan's desk. That man Scott replied, "He needs to leave the car running while checking the tires." I thought why to myself. When my husband was living, years ago, he was pretty handy with cars and never left the car running while putting air in the tires. I wanted to do business with Bryan. I did not want to talk to this man. Bryan has been servicing my cars for years. This man Scott is rude. Bryan brought my car back around and the light was off. Bryan got out of the car and shook my hand. He introduced that man Scott as the service manager. I could not believe that man Scott was Bryans boss. He was very disrespectful to Bryan. I was very aggravated and I wanted to tell that man, Scott, off. I did not. How could an idiot like that be over any service department. If I was Bryan, I would have walked out the door and got a job at another Kia dealership. If he did I would go there and get my car serviced with Bryan, because he is great. More

Awesome Service! I went into the Serra Kia in Gardendale to get my oil changed. Bryan Arrington was my advisor. He was very kind and knowledgeable. He introduced me to his co-workers and he even got me a great deal on my oil change. Not to mention, he found an update that was needed on my car and installed it as well. Bryan never once made me feel like I was being hassled like some people do at other dealerships. He let me know of everything that needed to be done to my car and let me decide on what I wanted done. He was not pushy at all which is awesome. He has wonderful customer service! I will definitely be bringing my car back to Bryan at Serra Kia in Gardendale. Everyone else should do the same! More

In the past I have purchased new vehicles from BMW, Buick, Cadillac, Infiniti, Lincoln and Mercedes I have been accustomed to being treated quite well by the dealerships involved. Never have I ever been treated with such professionalism as Bryan Arrington, my service man, in his handling of my problems. He actually gave me service with a "personal interest". I have purchased 4 new vehicles from this dealership within the past two years and the primary reason for the last 3 purchases was because of my meeting Bryan Arrington.
