Recall on Sorento I talked with Bryan on March 17th about a recall on my 2013 Sorento. I asked about bringing it in on March 19th. Which he said was fine they would hav I talked with Bryan on March 17th about a recall on my 2013 Sorento. I asked about bringing it in on March 19th. Which he said was fine they would have someone there to take care of it. On the 19th Bryan was off and Allen took care of me that day. And said the parts would have to be ordered. I returned on the 26th and was told the parts was there and didn't understand what happened on the 19th. Bryan took care of my Sorento and was very nice. And I was in and out in 1 1/2 hrs. That which took 2 visits should have been handled in 1. More

Bryan Arrington Service Department Adviser Bryan Arrington is the main reason I buy from Serra. The sales people are nice but the Service Department is where you real Service Department Adviser Bryan Arrington is the main reason I buy from Serra.
