I had to pull of the freeway and close the hood. Luckily it didn't blow up possibly causing damage to my car and any other vehicle on the road. check you work before you put a driver back on the road. More

Extremely loyal and knowledgeable of the Kia brand On Saturday I had to take my Kia Sorento in for service. I thought I was going to get the same old song and dance myself being knowledgeable of the Ki On Saturday I had to take my Kia Sorento in for service. I thought I was going to get the same old song and dance myself being knowledgeable of the Kia brand. Well I have to say I've met my match. I was greeted by Bryan. The first thing I did was show him my owners manual and tell him I wanted a 90,000 mile service. After Bryan reviewed my owners manual with me, he decided it would be best to access my service history which was a huge benefit to me. I found through the knowledge of Bryan that I had already had done most of the recommended service that was in my owners manual. Thanks to Bryan I not only saved $300-$400 but I gained so much knowledge and because of Bryan and his loyalty to his company and the Kia brand I found probably the best service guy in the automotive business! Because of Bryan and his loyalty I will always buy Kias from Serra and service them with Bryan. I think Bryan is the largest asset to Kia due to his knowledge he not only promotes service but he prospects for sales. He almost had me talked into buying a new Sorento but after servicing mine and having it fully detailed it ran so well and looked so good I decided to keep it for one more year. But one thing for sure Bryan showed me a brand new 2017 Optima that just came off the truck and I am going to buy that for my 65th birthday. With that being said I truly met a guy in the dealership named Bryan that holds his head up high and truly believes in the product that he services enough to get me to buy a new one. I'm thankful to have met this fine honest man Bryan that saved me money when he could have as easily not took the time to trace my service history to find out what I truly needed. There needs to be more people in the car business like Bryan. In my opinion he deserves the highest award for customer loyalty and knowledge of the Kia brand. Thank you. Great customer service My customer service experience today was excellent. Brian Arrington greeted me and I explained that I had a computer problem with my 2014 Kia Forte. H My customer service experience today was excellent. Brian Arrington greeted me and I explained that I had a computer problem with my 2014 Kia Forte. He quickly diagnosed my problem and took my car into the shop. I was on my lunch break and he suggested that I go and get something to eat and check back with him when I got through. I expected to have to leave it for the rest of the day. However, when I returned my car was fully repaired and ready for me to return to work. I was amazed how quickly the repair work was done. WOW! Thank you Brian for making my customer service experience a great one! More
