I explained exactly what I was looking for and how much I wanted my payments. Caitlyn was very friendly and professional. The best thing about my experience with her, is that she actually listened to what I wanted. She did not try to push me into higher priced vehicle. Or talk me into buying something that I did not want or something that would give her a bigger commission. She was very nice, down to earth, and professional. I would highly recommend her. terrible we did not even stay to have our car serviced . we are custom to exceptional service with a smile the person who attempted to assist us we did not know and she did not introduce herself. just a what we are custom to exceptional service with a smile the person who attempted to assist us we did not know and she did not introduce herself. just a what can I do for you shame.we could have got a grading like that from a fast food place where we did not spend almost $30,000 they will not get another $30,000 from us brian was good to us for years and that is why we came there my friend ask where was brian working she did not get a response . hope we find him that is where we can take our car we enjoyed doing business with brian he always helped us . Something has changed in the Service Dept, I purchased my 2014 Kia Sorento from this dealership and have traveled back for each recommend service work, even though I live far from the dealersh I purchased my 2014 Kia Sorento from this dealership and have traveled back for each recommend service work, even though I live far from the dealership because I like the service I received from Bryan Arrington. I was disappointed to find out that Bryan was no longer working there, Yesterday I brought in my Kia for an oil change, tire rotation, and a problem with low tire pressure with one of the front tires. I was told that this tire had a nail in it, so I agreed to have a patch put on it. Although I brought in my car at 7:30am, I had to wait a very long time.....finally got it at about 10:30am. Today as I was driving for the first time since yesterday, I noticed that the Low Tire Pressure signal was on again, this time on the back tire since the tires had been rotated. I called and spoke with the service Manager, Jared, who was not present when I was there on Monday. I told him the problem, that I had had to wait a long time on Monday, and that I had to travel a long distance to get to the dealership. He said that if I brought the car back between 2 and 3 pm, he would see that they would take it back to fix the low tire problem and I would not have to wait. I brought the car and arrived at 2:30PM. Jared introduced himself, and took the car back. Well, I had to wait as long as I did on Monday, but this was just to have the tire repaired (which I hope they did). I did not see the service manager again and the young lady at the desk was not present either when I walked back to the drive through to see if I could see Jared. The mechanic who had been working on the car had just pulled it up (5:30PM) and he gave me my key and said it should be OK. More

I have been a customer for 2 1/2 years and have always, without exception, experienced over-the-top customer service from Bryan Arrington. Not only because of his knowledge, but I feel confident Bryan searches for and provides me with the best possible deals at every visit. The Service Department always delivers fast and friendly service. Brian's customer service is the reason I drive over 25 miles (one way) just to get my oil changed and the reason I will continue doing business with Serra Kia of Gardendale. More
