She was helpful and very accommodating she asked me the price I wanted tried very hard to get it for that price she was also helped by Seth he was very sweet also, but they have this one manager name George that came and talked to me and he really made me feel like a piece of crap like he could do with or with out my business he talked to me very harsh. He told me that he was going to try and help me find something else and never came back to help me. He really should NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC. More

If your not there in person, good luck I attempted to try and buy a vehicle from them. I was out of state so making a trip there wasnt in the cards unless they had me ready to buy. The interaction with them went all right up to the point we try to get actual numbers for the car and fees. Then they just stop responding to my emails. I call directly and talk with them and never get a response to my questions. Even something as basic as a copy of the window sticker couldn't be provided. At one point they started to go over the additional fees for a vehicle. They told me it would be $1495 additional fee for protective coating. This is something almost every other dealer at most charges $300 for this and is usually not wanted due to it being already overpriced. Its been about a week now since they stopped responding to me and now it appears that the vehicle I was looking to buy was removed from their website so not even a basic courtesy to tell me someone else bought it was given. I wont disparage Margaret as she did try to help me in this process but management clearly didnt feel the need to do their parts. More
