My car has 20,000 miles on it and they told me I needed new tires. Brand new car and need new tires. So tell me what we can do about the service department to get what the public needs???!!! More

We took it in multiple times but they could not figure it out. After over three weeks of them have no it they fina light has been on most of the time. We took it in multiple times but they could not figure it out. After over three weeks of them have no it they finally figured out it’s the gps sensor and instead of fixing it there offering to give us money for it. They never return calls but expect you to return any loaner car exactly when they want it.They are very on time until you get your first oil change done and then nothing. I will never buy another car from them. They get your money and ghost you. Horrible service department More

Once I got home, I noticed squealing and knocking noises coming from under the hood, as well as fluids leaking on my garage floor. The following Monday, I took it to my mechanic, who I've been using for almost 20 years, for an inspection. My mechanic drove the car with me and said that he noticed the temperature gauge rising, the belt squealing, and a ticking noise coming from the engine. He had to replace the radiator because it had a hole in it, along with the radiator hose. Additionally, the oil filter housing had a crack in it and needed to replaced, along with other belts, parts and fluids. My mechanic bill was over $2200 because the warranty that the dealership "sold" me didn't cover any of the parts or service. I contacted the dealership's sales manager and advised him of the issues that my mechanic had to fix and he said it was not his problem. I drove the Jeep off and on for less than 2 weeks when I noticed that it was losing power and the "ticking" sound was getting worse. I took it back to my mechanic and he advised me to contact the dealership. When I spoke to the service manager at Serra, he advised me that I needed to take it to a certified Jeep dealership/mechanic. I contacted the sales manager at Serra and advised him that I had to take the Jeep back to the mechanic and he told me, again, that it was not Serra's problem. After the certified Jeep dealership mechanic performed a safety inspection on the Jeep, I was advised that the Jeep "threw a rod", was not safe to drive, and needed a new engine. He also advised me that when he contacted the warranty company to advise them of the issue(s) he found, he was told that the warranty was void because they said that someone must have driven the vehicle to the point where it overheated. I have had the Jeep for less than 5 weeks and it has been in the shop for 25 days. I have driven it barely over 500 miles and most of that was driving it to/from the mechanic and dealership. Serra refuses to take responsibility of selling me an unsafe vehicle and refuses to reimburse me for mechanic bills, "add ons" that they charged me for but did not put on the Jeep, or the warranty that is useless. Update: I tried to make an appointment with the GM this morning, but he texted me yesterday and said he would not speak to me. This morning (4/29) I went to the dealership's service department and received service records, which indicated that the GM knew about and declined to replace or repair the following parts: "oil cooler, rr brakes, steering stabilizer, alignment, serpentine belt, idler pully." When I went in the sales office to have the warranty cancelled, I asked for copies of my sales paperwork and they refused to give me any. I was also yelled at and told to leave by one of the sales managers when I showed them the paperwork from their service department that showed the GM knew about major mechanical issues and refused to have them repaired prior to putting the vehicle on the sales lot. I don't know which is worse, the GM's blatant disregard for consumer safety or his cowardice when called out for such disregard. More
Hello, I made an appointment and took my car to Serra Kia Gardendale. I received a coupon in the mail for service so I made an appointment for and I also told the clerk that my car has been running hot. She Gardendale. I received a coupon in the mail for service so I made an appointment for and I also told the clerk that my car has been running hot. She said that she would make a note of the problem and made me an appointment for June 28,2022. Got my car back on Friday and it was still running hot. I spoke with Michael on the 29th. We talked about the problem, reasons why it would run hot and he kept insisting it was the compressor. I informed him that I had that replaced in 2020. Since he insisted. I approved the work. Thinking since he was the professional in this area, I would get a working car. He first talked about body on the car. I let him know that wasn’t my concern. I was concerned about it getting hot all the time. I paid for a service that was not needed and did not address the problem($1,200.10). Picked up the car on July 1, 2022. That same day it ran hot. On 7/07/2022: We dropped the car off because it is still running hot. After they called me to tell me that it was a cracked thermostat housing and wanted $635 to repair. I thought about that & decided that I’m not giving them another penny. They should have found it the first time when they got $1,210.07. They had no record of the information I gave them and Michael claimed that I turned down services😞I only turned down new tire and body work. He had no notes of my concerns and neither did the clerk that made the appointment. Thermostat housing was replaced and the car is still running hot. That was not the problem either. On July 27, 2022, I called Riverchase Kia and talked with Dylan. I was told to bring it the next day. Before I left he stated, “I know my cars, I can smell oil. It needs a valve cover gasket.” He informed me the the diagnosis would be $199 but would go toward service provided. That’s not the problem. Still running hot. Now they have had my car over a week. Kia techs should know their cars. I need my car fixed and a refund for the unnecessary funds I paid which total over $2K. More
Hi, my name is Marcus Fleury. I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster from you guys last year and traded it back in after a few months. A month or two before trading it back in, I cam I purchased a 2016 Hyundai Veloster from you guys last year and traded it back in after a few months. A month or two before trading it back in, I came in to have my extended warranty refunded. Andrew supposedly handled my warranty refund and had me sign papers and noted the mileage and date, and stated I would be receiving a refund of ~$850. After trading my car back in months later, and buying ANOTHER car from y’all, I realized I had never gotten the money from my warranty refund. I called Kasey in Finance to have it taken care of since apparently Andrew, while claiming to have cancelled it, never actually cancelled my extended warranty. Kasey attempted to resolve my issue and issue the warranty refund months after I traded the car back in, but he used the mileage and date of the car’s trade in, instead of the day that I physically came in and talked to Andrew. I called Fidelity warranty and they told me the extended warranty refund was processed for something like 106,000 miles on the car, and I would only be getting $280. I am out $500 due to someone’s incompetence. I am asking that someone either look for the paperwork I signed stating I was getting over $800 back, with the correct mileage and date that I requested the refund of my warranty contract, and file the correct date and mileage on my refund so I get my money, or fix the situation some other way. I have purchased not one but two vehicles from you guys. More

Very courteous salesman I dealt with but the good stops there, if you have a used vehicle that's in tip top shape or even decent shape they won't offer even half of trade in. I have a 2016 WRX with only 68 there, if you have a used vehicle that's in tip top shape or even decent shape they won't offer even half of trade in. I have a 2016 WRX with only 68k miles and they offered me 12k!!! What an insult to my intelligence! So they could turn around and try to sell it for 27k?! They have "mechanics" if you can even call them that who will make up things that are supposedly wrong with your vehicle to justify such low ball offers. (What they don't know is I had it looked at before I took it in). The mechanics are either fools or they are trying to screw you probably both. I can't speak on anything but my experience and they straight up lied about my vehicle I was absolutely shocked and offended they would think I was so stupid not to mention the Tacoma I was there about drove like xxxx, the window buttons were pushed in and rattled and i could barely get to them, steered real hard to the left and the check engine light was on and i had not one idiot light on in my car and they only had a valet key. It's funny, they had no problem low balling me on made up problems from their fool of a "mechanic" but this genius didn't see the obvious problems with this one???? DO NOT TRADE IN A DECENT VEHICLE TO THESE PEOPLE THEY HAVE NO SHAME!! I also wouldn't bring them anything for repairs that "mechanic" is a joke I wouldn't trust him to change my oil he might find a mysterious engine leak only he can see. They are a den of thieves up there! BUYER BEWARE OF THIS PLACE THEY WILL SCREW YOU OVER IF YOU LET THEM!! More

Unless you supply your name and number so they can personally apply sales pressure, they will not respond. I have tried to get a response to my email inquiries but only get ]automated responses.
