Oil Change and Tire Rotation I came in at 3 and it took a little over an hour. I had called to make my appt and said I have a rattle in the back of my car. I was told that I cou I came in at 3 and it took a little over an hour. I had called to make my appt and said I have a rattle in the back of my car. I was told that I could not have that looked at because it was too late in the day and that I would have to make an appt and leave my car. This is inconvenient for me since I work and I don't have a way to just leave my car. Also my steering wheel is making a noise. I was told that it was probably a spring but that he knew they did not have that part in. not that they could order and fix it. More

Recall I brought our Forte in for two recalls. The service technician was not very friendly or informative on “what” the techs were doing on the vehicle. Aft I brought our Forte in for two recalls. The service technician was not very friendly or informative on “what” the techs were doing on the vehicle. Afterward I asked another question about the vehicle regarding the passenger airbag system. There were three people in the office and no one could give me any real assistance. One of the techs said it could be the seat and cost $2000. I didn’t feel like a valued customer and was disappointed. This hasn’t always been my experience there. I am pretty sure that the person who helped me is Gary - but I’m not certain. More

Purchase of 2019 Kia Sorrento Was simply just looking at what was out there and found a Kia Sorrento that looked pretty good. I used TrueCar to just see what could be knocked off Was simply just looking at what was out there and found a Kia Sorrento that looked pretty good. I used TrueCar to just see what could be knocked off the sticker (this was my first ever use of TrueCar). The price given looked pretty good but I also had seen a 0% interest promotion going on and that was the way I wanted to go if I purchased a vehicle. I went to the dealership and was immediately greeted by Lamar Black who took care of me and my wife the whole time. I wasn't sure I wanted to purchase anything and Lamar never pushed anything on me (which was awesome). After a test drive my wife and I both liked the Sorrento better than we thought we would (neither of us have never driven a Kia). She wanted to go for it and I told Lamar that it all depends on trade value, how much can come off the sticker, and if the 0% interest came through. Well, I got more for my trade than I thought and the dealership came down more off the price than I thought they would. The 0% interest also came through as well. To make a long story short, we bought a new Sorrento and are as happy as we can be. It's only been 2 days but my wife truly loves the vehicle (it's hers after all) and that's the most important part. Everyone at the dealership was very nice and had a laid back approach to us at least (which we loved). Zero complaints from us on this sale! More
