I was surprised at his lack of professionalism towards this vendor. You can learn a lot about a dealership by how they treat their team and vendors. Quick and easy purchase. I talked to Seth on the phone about a new vehicle. We set up a time and when I got there I was introduced to Joey Bibb. The real highlight to this trip was my interaction with Gary Nichols. This is a gentleman that cares very much for his customers and he possesses empathy, which is a rare thing anymore in people. He made a stressful trip (wasn’t told the total for services rendered by the lady when we arrived and it ended up being a lot more than what I typically pay at my past dealership) into a wonderful trip. You are incredibly fortunate to have such a caring individual in your ranks. More

I presented some pretty large obstacles that had to be overcome, but Gary and Jason got it done. Gary was very knowledgeable about the vehicle as well. I have had nothing short of absolutely miserable experience with Riverchase Kia, so it was very refreshing to deal with professionals again. Despite Serra Kia being much further away than Riverchase, I will gladly make the drive for future service appointments and would highly recommend Serra Kia to family and friends. More
