Friendly Staff, Fair Deals I purchased a vehicle here in early December. I went in to test drive and ended up buying the car. It did take a little longer than I expected but it was near closing time for them and they were doing the best they could with the staff they had. Steven is the man everyone needs to see for sales! He is very friendly, knowledgable and honestly a pleasure to just chat with. Jason in finance was very efficient and also fun to chat with. Just another car dealer My experience was no better than expected. I’ve never been a fan of the “game” but im always hopeful it will be different, however it was no different My experience was no better than expected. I’ve never been a fan of the “game” but im always hopeful it will be different, however it was no different. I asked a few times for a list of options in my price range but no one ever gave me one. After coming to the conclusion I may have to look at a few over my range they would still just show me one car at a time and then asked to talk about it. It’s a stressful process and I had mentioned I had one day to find a car, but no one seemed to be in any hurry to show me what they might have to offer me. When I finally found something I thought might could work, then the haggling begins. I know not all lots can be a car max the price is the price but sometimes the bottom line is a nice thing to know. The most frustrating moment and the one that would keep me from coming back was with the finance manager. He was showing me the options for extended warranty, since the car I was buying was used with no warranty, he told me about the coverage and then gave me the price. Once I declined he said well let me give you the dealers discount with that and then showed me a price for the warranty at the “dealers discount” which was much lower. I still declined but realized that had I taken the Warranty the first time, I would not have received the “dealers discount” version which seems more like a scam. All in all, the sales guys was a likable guy but I would not choose to come back as a first choice. Would have to be a great deal on a car to go through this process again. More
