ford pass wasn't working, needed modem replaced. They claim they replaced the modem but a couple days later it doesn't work again. Paid $175 for diagnostics. Was told it would cost another $500 to replace an ambient air sensor. I took it elsewhere to have the work done. That mechanic ran a 5 minute diagnos Was told it would cost another $500 to replace an ambient air sensor. I took it elsewhere to have the work done. That mechanic ran a 5 minute diagnostic then replaced the $15 part. What would have cost me $700 at this dealership for repair actually cost me $65 elsewhere. I will never return to this dealership again. More
