Service Dawn is the best employee in the service department. I will also say that Jim has done an amazing job raising the level of the service team. 5+ years Dawn is the best employee in the service department. I will also say that Jim has done an amazing job raising the level of the service team. 5+ years ago, I despised dealing with most of the service people. I have watched over the course of the last 5 years, the poor uninterested in the customer, employees leave and great, trusted service people join. Jim is an amazing manager with a great team. 5 years ago, I wouldn't have ever recommend this department. Today, I can't stop telling people that this is the place to go for ALL service needs. A recall on my 2014 Cherokee was taken care of and the dealership offers a great deal on oil changes, so I took advantage of that. The only issue is that a problem was found with the left front strut mount and the parts were not in stock. I'll have to schedule another appointment once they come in. All in all, a good experience and everyone was helpful and friendly. A car wash for my filthy car was a nice bonus. More

From their sales staff that outright lied to me when I purchased this vehicle, to the overrated service department that doesn't deserve a 1 star rating much less the 5 star rating they claim to have. Simply...they just can't seem to get things right. Trying to deal with the service manager Jim Gentry was a nightmare in and of itself. Rude, argumentative, and downright nasty to say the least. How he maintains his cushy job is beyond me. I'm buying foreign next time. I've had it with U.S. auto dealers!! More

When the porter brought my car around it looked brand new! Tie Rod replacement not covered under warranty. I own a 2011 Ram 1500 truck. During a routine oil change and 16 point inspection, I was told my tie rods were suspect to replacement and that it was c I own a 2011 Ram 1500 truck. During a routine oil change and 16 point inspection, I was told my tie rods were suspect to replacement and that it was covered under my precertified warranty. Upon making the appointment to have this repair taken of, I was told it WAS NOT covered under my warranty! I was expecting to pay my $150 deductible and ended up paying full price for the repair. Total cost was $323.00! Although the repair work seems to be of good quality, I am quite dissatisfied with the service department for misleading information. I can provide the names of two service representatives that researched my repair and told me it was covered. I will think twice before coming back here to have my vehicle repaired in the future. More

Smooth experience Recently brought my 2013 Grand Caravan in for an oil change service and was greeted by Tyler whom was very courteous and professional. I relaxed in Recently brought my 2013 Grand Caravan in for an oil change service and was greeted by Tyler whom was very courteous and professional. I relaxed in the customer lounge with a coffee and watched a little tv. In about 20 minutes Tyler was back and explained all the service checks that were done. He showed me that I needed wiper blades that they are torn. I told him that I had new wiper blades in the vehicle but have not had the chance to put them on. The service tech's put the wiper blades on at no charge. Which tells me that they show an extra effort to make a customer have a good experience at your dealership. These are reasons why I will continue to bring both of my vehicles to Milosch's Palace CJD. Thank you, Dan More
