A complete waste of my time! I brought my jeep in because it was pulling to the left terribly. After having my Jeep the entire day I never heard a word from them. I brought my Jeep in at 6:30am and had to finally call them at 3:30pm to see what was wrong with the Jeep. They told me my brand new tires I bought 3 weeks previously needed to be rotated. They charged me $15 for a rotation and guess what..........the Jeep still pulls to the left. I took it to a tire place and they put my Jeep on a machine and the whole front left wheel is pushed back either due to a bent control arm or something else. They told me to bring it to another dealer to have it looked at. My question is WHY, WHY, WHY would the dealership have not done this or looked into this and the tire place found the problem instead! This is nothing but LAZINESS and pure INCOMPETENCE on Palace Chrysler's part. Thanks for wasting my time and inconveniencing me! More

Didn't order all the parts for the body work. Took my car in for warranty & custpmer pay body work. Instead of getting the job done while I was off work, I had to bring it back a second time. He admitted he messed up, but it still was aninconvenience since I had to take time from work to return. On the plus side, the work done was excellent as everything matches perfectly. Just not happy that with the advance scheduling, you were not able to do everything in 1 visit. More

damaged my car My wife took are car in for brakes ,oil change and trans flush. When she went to pick up the car the said they lost it and it took 40 minutes to find My wife took are car in for brakes ,oil change and trans flush. When she went to pick up the car the said they lost it and it took 40 minutes to find it. When she arrived home I noticed that there was a gash running down the whole side of the car. She took it back up there and had the service guy pull the damage inventory sheet that they use when you take it in so they can not any damage . Nothing about the big gash running down the whole side and I know for a fact that it wasn't there when we dropping it off . They said it didn't happen there .Some how there service guy missed a 7 foot mark on the whole side of the car .yea sound about right. More
