In twice and still not fixed Took my vehicle in to fix a noise with the brakes in the back. After the first visit, the noise continued not only in the back but now in the front as Took my vehicle in to fix a noise with the brakes in the back. After the first visit, the noise continued not only in the back but now in the front as well. Took it back in for a second service. I was told it was fixed and resolved, but once I drove it and got home, the noise in the back is still there. There was a lack of communication from the service staff throughout the day on the status of the vehicle (both times that the vehicle was there). It wasn't until I called in the afternoon to followup on the status (because I needed a shuttle pick up) that I was told the vehicle had been in the "completed" stage. Disappointed and very frustrated that I need to go yet again to have it looked at!! More
