Brandon in the Service Department was so friendly and helpful and promised to have the van done by the time my wife was done. And he delivered on that promise, even backing the van out and delivering it to me. Yet another example of excellent customer service and why we continue to drive from East Lansing. More

Parts department - great job! Parts Department manager Tom stepped up when an expensive, non-returnable part that I ordered for my vintage Dodge Nitro did not work out. The part was ordered correctly, and everything looked great on paper. But it was somehow not the correct part for my vehicle. Tom discovered root cause of the problem, dealt with the supplier for me, and quickly arranged an exchange for the right part. This could have been an ugly situation, but Tom handled it with grace and professionalism. He went the extra mile, and that is rare nowadays. Thanks Tom! More

Unknowledgeable Customer Service I wanted to have my car taken to Milosch after a breakdown that made it undriveable. I bought the car used in 2017 from another dealership, and purcha I wanted to have my car taken to Milosch after a breakdown that made it undriveable. I bought the car used in 2017 from another dealership, and purchased an aftermarket extended warranty in 2017. When the customer service professional, Megan, took my call and vin #, she insisted there was no warranty on the vehicle, which I told her, it's not a manufacturer warranty (at least twice), but I have an aftermarket extended warranty. She insisted there is no warranty and nothing she can do. So, I called the company Autoguard that I have the extended aftermarket warranty through. The customer service rep there said that Megan and any competent dealership should know that they assess the cost of repair of the car (when there's an aftermarket extended warranty with a vehicle) and then call Autoguard for a claim. That's how you fix my vehicle with the aftermarket extended warranty, which by the way, is not void for another 20,000 miles or another year and a half, whatever comes first. Needless to say, I called Al Deeby Dodge who knew exactly what to do, and what an aftermarket extended warranty is, and they are taking my vehicle to do the repairs in less time than promised by Milosch. More

They do not honor the warranties they sell I purchased a 2007 Jeep from Milosh Lake Orion in Dec 2016. I also puchased a 3 year GWC warranty for $1410.00. The Jeep needs an alternator, all my warranty paperwork states that repair is a $100 deductible, but they are insisting i pay upwards of $500 for this covered part. Luke Milosh stated he would help me out and just have me pay $291.00. I would never use their service area if they hadn't sold me the warranty. They are wrong and they know it, but if they can get away with stealing they will. Horrible customer service. They should have made this right. Avoid this dealer and their warranty. More
