Frustrating, Disheartening, Infuriating First of all I am very particular about my Jeep and only took it to the dealer to be repaired because I was thinking they would stand by there work an First of all I am very particular about my Jeep and only took it to the dealer to be repaired because I was thinking they would stand by there work and have knowledgeable certified technicians that are familiar with my vehicle. But when I leave the dealership in my vehicle that is in worse shape than when I took it in is not acceptable. They will NOT EVER touch another one of my vehicles again. I was quoted a 2 hour service to change a fuel injector seal, I made an appointment and was there before they opened to check it in. I was the first one. Left for work and came back at 4-5 pm with it not complete. Quick basic summary is that I did not make it home with the vehicle without the fuel line coming off and streaming fuel over the top of my engine and steaming off the exhaust manifold. Immediately talked to the service manage and my wife said she has not ever seen me so upset and frustrated. Since they returned my Jeep to me in not drivable condition. I am so glad that my wife did not pick the Jeep up because it may have just burned down on the way home, with the dealer not accepting any part of this unacceptable repair. All would have been my loss. Since I was not getting anywhere with the discussion with the service manager, I ended up writing a 4 page letter with pictures and a video documenting their attempt to repair my vehicle of how I received it. Repaired with non OEM hose and zip ties, Unacceptable!! No response, Then called and issued a CIAR issue with Headquarters and also sent them the letter and pictures and video. No response, I called for updates with no resolve. Months later I get a call from Jim Gentry with a verbal inquire about my experience, Which is a ploy to get the discussion started about trading in my Jeep for a new one. NOT HAPPENING. Told Jim I though that he was calling me back due to the multiple surveys I filled out or CAIR I had submitted, Said he did not remember seeing anything, Emailed him my 4 page letter again and sent him the case numbers, and never heard from him again. I have total lack of trust with this particular dealer. More

In spite of the additional scope of work, They got me back on the road the same day. Kudos guys.... More

I will also say that Jim has done an amazing job raising the level of the service team. 5+ years ago, I despised dealing with most of the service people. I have watched over the course of the last 5 years, the poor uninterested in the customer, employees leave and great, trusted service people join. Jim is an amazing manager with a great team. 5 years ago, I wouldn't have ever recommend this department. Today, I can't stop telling people that this is the place to go for ALL service needs. A recall on my 2014 Cherokee was taken care of and the dealership offers a great deal on oil changes, so I took advantage of that. The only issue is that a problem was found with the left front strut mount and the parts were not in stock. I'll have to schedule another appointment once they come in. All in all, a good experience and everyone was helpful and friendly. A car wash for my filthy car was a nice bonus. More

Simply...they just can't seem to get things right. Trying to deal with the service manager Jim Gentry was a nightmare in and of itself. Rude, argumentative, and downright nasty to say the least. How he maintains his cushy job is beyond me. I'm buying foreign next time. I've had it with U.S. auto dealers!! More

When the porter brought my car around it looked brand new! First rate experience from making the appointment to checking out...if you have any work that needs to be done I highly recommend Milosh's service department! More
