Brought my 2013 Chrysler 300 in because it would not start. Brought my car in to be looked at because it would not start. It is only 2 yrs old and has 37000 miles on it. They took care of me when it was important. I brought my 2012 Rubicon in after installing a lift kit. On the way back from the lift kid vendor, the Wrangler started thowing multiple OBD codes a I brought my 2012 Rubicon in after installing a lift kit. On the way back from the lift kid vendor, the Wrangler started thowing multiple OBD codes at me. Not knowing whether the OBD codes were the result of the lift kit vendor or some other reason, I took my Rubicon to Palace Chrysler / Jeep. I didnt' have an appointment but they tried to accommodate me any way. It turned out that there was a TSB on my PCM and the problem was fixed at no cost by flashing new firmware into my PCM. I was impressed by the good customer service, the courtesy extended to me by the service department staff and the fact that they went out of their way to accommodate me. Thanks to my service consultant Ryan and the rest of the techs in the shop there. You guys made me happy! More
