Recall work done efficiently and treated with respect. I dropped my 2014 Dodge 1500 truck off for recall work the night before. Service tech was polite and friendly. He called the next morning to advise the work was complete and (although I am somewhat outside the typical distance for a transport to the dealership) he managed to get a pick-up approved saving me and my wife about 2 hours of shuffling around in the evening. My transported was exceptionally nice and punctual. Additionally, when I picked it up the truck was washed ( I live on a dirt road and it rained all day the day before?? So far so good! More
Tire service I'm sure my right rear tire was defective from the time I bought my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The tires were all inflated to 41 psi when I took i I'm sure my right rear tire was defective from the time I bought my new 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee. The tires were all inflated to 41 psi when I took it off the lot. Soon afterwards, the right rear was down to 36 psi. I had my husband look at it and he said that the sticker on the door said they all should be 36 psi so he made them all the same. Soon after that, I got a flat tire on the right rear at NIGHT. I tried to change myself but the owner's manual says to see the DVD to learn how to disable the Quadra-Left air suspension. How am I supposed to do that at the side of the road when the DVD is at home and I don't have a DVD player in the car anyway. So it was going up and down itself while on the jack and was quite scary. I called AAA but a good Samaritan changed it before they got there. I took it to Milosch's Palace dealer where they charged me to patch it. Soon after that, it started leaking air again. It was night AGAIN so I took it straight to the dealer and my husband picked me up. The dropbox was very convenient and they were working on it already when I called around 8 am. That was very good service. The tire could no longer be repaired so I had to buy a new one. They had it replaced and came to get me by 9 am. The service department did a good job. The tire was disappointing. I would give 5 stars but again the new tire was inflated to 41 psi while all the other are at recommended 36 psi. What's up with that? What should the tire be inflated to??? More

A complete waste of my time! I brought my jeep in because it was pulling to the left terribly. After having my Jeep the entire day I never heard a word from them. I brought my Jeep in at 6:30am and had to finally call them at 3:30pm to see what was wrong with the Jeep. They told me my brand new tires I bought 3 weeks previously needed to be rotated. They charged me $15 for a rotation and guess what..........the Jeep still pulls to the left. I took it to a tire place and they put my Jeep on a machine and the whole front left wheel is pushed back either due to a bent control arm or something else. They told me to bring it to another dealer to have it looked at. My question is WHY, WHY, WHY would the dealership have not done this or looked into this and the tire place found the problem instead! This is nothing but LAZINESS and pure INCOMPETENCE on Palace Chrysler's part. Thanks for wasting my time and inconveniencing me! More

Didn't order all the parts for the body work. Took my car in for warranty & custpmer pay body work. Instead of getting the job done while I was off work, I had to bring it back a second time. He admitted he messed up, but it still was aninconvenience since I had to take time from work to return. On the plus side, the work done was excellent as everything matches perfectly. Just not happy that with the advance scheduling, you were not able to do everything in 1 visit. More
Had check engine light on and recall needed Jim the service manger, got me right in. I was quite nervous to drive with my check engine light on, especially it had to do with my fuel line.
