First ever scheduled maintenance gone wrong on 05/16/2016. I purchased a 2015 Ram 2500 diesel Laramie Limited from this dealership last year. This truck is an absolute beauty. I love it. I recently hit around 12,000 miles and the computer was indicating that I needed some maintenance. More specifically, an oil change and a fuel filter change (they were at 15%) When I arrived at the service center, I pulled straight in. There wasn't really any direction or assistance in parking but I've been to other dealerships in the past so I assumed I needed just pull all the way in and park. I approached the desk and spoke with Eric. I explained to him that I would like an oil change, a fuel filter change and tire rotation. He asked me to wait just a second and he left. He promptly returned and explained to me that I was in the wrong lane for the fuel filter. I need to be in the next lane. (A couple notes, there are only two lanes in this garage and I'm pretty sure they both go back to the same repair bays) I asked if he would like me to back up and change lanes. He stated that the other lane is not for oil changes. After expressing my confusion to him, he told me that if I want the service from the "other" lane, I have to go and meet with someone else. I declined. The oil change and tire rotation took about an hour to complete. I didn't really notice the wait but during cashing out, Eric explained to me that the long wait was due to my truck's difficult location of the oil filter. I departed the dealership and headed home. (about 12 miles) Later in the day I moved my truck and noticed some brand new oil spots all over my very clean driveway. Not a puddle but very noticeable. I went under the truck and noticed the entire under body was covered in oil and now a great deal more oil spots are in the new location. (I would post the pictures if I could on here). After cleaning up as much as I could and checking the dipstick (oil level was fine but I did notice that the oil was jet black), I called the dealership. I spoke with Ryan and explained to him what I observed. The first thing he told me was "it's probably just blow-by from the oil change" and "it's nothing be concerned about", after emphasizing to him that this is a brand new truck and there shouldn't be a fresh coating of oil all over the bottom, he told me to drive it back to the dealership so they can check it out. I told him that due to personal obligation, i.e.. picking my kids up from school, that would be impossible. I also explained my concerns about driving a vehicle with a possible oil leak. He put me on hold. He returned with a local tow truck company's phone number. I could get my truck towed back to the dealership. They would probably have it overnight due to the time of day. I would be left without a vehicle unless I took a cab to a car rental shop and rented a car on my own dime. So, just to recap, I took my truck to this dealership for scheduled maintenance. They made it difficult to get all of the maintenance. (lost business) They spilled oil all over my truck and when I called them, they dismiss it as some kind of standard practice and leave me to try and figure out what happened. Update: There is no noticeable oil leak and I cleaned the undercarriage of my truck (not fun). Something I should also mention, I'm a 20 year military veteran diesel mechanic. I would like to think that I know a little about this stuff. The only reason I took my truck there was because I had a free oil change for purchasing the truck. I did the fuel filter changes myself.(lost business) I also changed the air cleaner. Just a little side note on that. My air cleaner was at about 20%. It was black. No mention of that from the dealership at all. (lost business) I will not be returning to this location anytime soon. More

My first interactions were over the phone due to my work and school schedule. I explained to my salesman, Bob Glaeser, that I had been to two different Jeep dealerships and both were very negative experiences. One dealer wanted me to "buy" my employee discount for $500 since I didn't have a Chrysler family member and the other dealer had a condescending saleswoman who talked down to me so there was no way I was giving them my business, even if that dealer was a mile from my home in Rochester! I had GM vehicles for over 25 years and this is my first Jeep. I now get why people LOVE their Jeeps and this dealership! They treat you like family! More

Worked with Customer Care to resolve the problem Had a recurring problem that another dealership had previously repaired twice. Now the truck was out of warranty, but Palace worked with Customer Care Had a recurring problem that another dealership had previously repaired twice. Now the truck was out of warranty, but Palace worked with Customer Care to work out an acceptable resolution. Unacceptable for a tire change, or an oil oil change. Especially both at the same service. Also, in the past I've had greasy handprints all over the steering wheel, shifter, and grey door handle turned black. Milosch owes me a new car for free! More
