Express Oil Change Overall device was great as usual... I have taken my Dodge Durango to Milosch service for Oil-Changes (This is its 3rd service) and Warranty Recalls; Overall device was great as usual... I have taken my Dodge Durango to Milosch service for Oil-Changes (This is its 3rd service) and Warranty Recalls; every visit, service and time has been excellent, except for the Warranty Recall, all oil-changes were done on the express-lane without appointment, no comments except for this last visit... Associate told me it would take up-to 2-hrs for the oil-change because all crews were busy doing tire jobs, I have to remind him about the meaning of "express w/o appointment" for the Durango to be ready within a reasonable time... I'm sure this approach to customers will change for good in future... At the end it wasn't the case but for sure 2-hrs for an "express oil-change" is not something you can market... More
