Tyler Grant not only organized an incredible build, but also provided input to accessory quality and answered questions I didn't even know to ask (as a first time wrangler owner). The build went smoothly and finished ahead of quoted timeline. Bob and Tyler worked together to begin work within a couple hours of delivery from the factory. I would recommend Palace without reservation. More

All problems addressed satisfactorily - New Car The new car we feel, was not properly prepped to be driven after sitting so long. The tires were very bumpy from the minute we drove off and we kept The new car we feel, was not properly prepped to be driven after sitting so long. The tires were very bumpy from the minute we drove off and we kept getting :"No-Starts" once the weather got cold. However, when we took it in for service, the tires were replaced and battery fully charged after the diagnosis showed "no problems" with the electrical system. We were given a rental during this time. We are now very happy and have not had any more problems. They were very helpful and friendly. I love the way the wash the car before returning. More

Oil change Waited an hour and a half to have an oil change done and tires were never checked! Low tire light on when I left and was told after 20 miles it would Waited an hour and a half to have an oil change done and tires were never checked! Low tire light on when I left and was told after 20 miles it would go off. Went to Goodyear and 2 tires were low and once filled low tire light went off proving they were not checked with my oil change. This has happened before so wont be coming back or recommending this dealership. Time for a new Jeep but will not be purchasing here! More
