Second experience, leased another vehicle through them, and at time of turn in, refused to accept the vehicle back unless we signed a waiver excusing them of ALL liability if the vehicle is damaged on their property after turning the vehicle over, but before the formal inspection-which takes place long after you leave. I have NEVER been forced to sign a waiver like this, and I've been leasing for 15 years. We will never, ever, return to this dealership again. More

Danage missed About 2.5 years ago I purchase a 2007 jeep compass from Milosch's used car lot. The sales dealer sold me the car with the impression it was an Americ About 2.5 years ago I purchase a 2007 jeep compass from Milosch's used car lot. The sales dealer sold me the car with the impression it was an American car and all manufacturers warranties would apply to my car. A couple of weeks ago I had my crossmember rust through completely. After first having it towed to Belle Tire they told me the crossmember was covered under an extended warranty and I then had my Jeep taken to Milosch for a full assesment of the damage. They told me my car was Canadian and the warranty was voided when it was brought back to the US. So I contacted Chrysler and they covered the repairs of everything that was damaged do to my crossmember rusting through. This included the axle and driver side control arm. Milosch also told me my brake pads and passenger strut would need to be replaced, but that wasnt covered by the warranty and I could still get a little more use out of them without any problems. So I planned to have a family friend that works as a machanic fix the strut for me. When he drove my car he could tell something was wrong beyond the strut. He discovered my passanger control arm had also gotten damaged. When Milosch gave me my car back they told me my car had been fixed other than the strut and brake pads. I should be able to trust that after a mechanic has looked over my whole front end and told me the problems that nothing should be missed. This is not the first time I've heard of the mechanics at Milosch failing their costomers. This is the last time I will be trusting them to repair my vehicles. If I go to a reputable dealer to have repairs I should be able to expect their mechanics be competent enough to catch these problems and not give me back a vehicle that is not safe to drive. More
