Looking for Ram Tow problem Called and talked to Ray Hammond , service advisor, about my problem. He said bring in in and we will check it out. First took it to a dealer in Flori Called and talked to Ray Hammond , service advisor, about my problem. He said bring in in and we will check it out. First took it to a dealer in Florida, no luck. He had a tech hook up a 5th wheel and take it for a tow. They couldn't duplicate my problem because there is no mountains here, but checked every thing else that might be a cause.
