New truck disappointment I bought a brand new 2016 power wagon from this dealer. The experience was rushed and they never offered a dime above the original offer on my trade. This I had to discover on my own. The salesman told me nothing. The winch in the front...has to be tensioned b4 use. Again not told to me...I discovered on my own. The dealer should have done it b4 I ever drove away. I live in Illinois so good thing I stayed the night there bc they messed up paperwork and I had to resign everything again next day. Uconnect set up in truck was also not explained to me. The survey they sent me afterwords even asked me if salesman set it up for me...obviously I had to say No. Then they called wondering why I was honest on their survey?? The icing on the cake was 3 weeks later I kept getting a low tire every 3 days. Long story short...they plugged a brand new tire n sold me the truck! Instead of replacing the tire they temporarily "fixed" it. Plugs aren't permanent. Service should know that n they should communicate with sales that they did that. The worst part is they tried to tell me Oh you'll have to come here so we can look at it! As if I'm a lier n the tire was my fault. I paid for new truck with 4 new tires not 3 new n 1 patched. I shouldn't have to argue with someone who claims to run a professional business, for hours on the phone to remedy an item that's covered anyhow...duh. Major issue with starting my Jeep I had to have my Jeep towed to Palace because it would not start. The first visit ended with the service department not finding the exact cause of th I had to have my Jeep towed to Palace because it would not start. The first visit ended with the service department not finding the exact cause of the problem. Once again the Jeep would not start and I had it towed to Palace and this time Jim Gentry got involved and they found that another dealer had installed a recall item incorrectly causing the fuel pump to short out intermittently. So they did the recall item over and now the problem is solved. Mr. Gentry also worked with the Zone Manager to resolve an outstanding Keyfob issue going on for almost 2 years. I left Palace Jeep the last visit a very happy fellow. More

2005 Crossfire Wouldn't take the Crossfire anywhere else! There's a technician trained to work on the discontinued Crossfires.
