Back in July called to make an appointment for a four wheel alignment for the 2016 Compass and was told the earliest appointment would be August 17th. Showed at 15 minutes early on the 17th and was infor wheel alignment for the 2016 Compass and was told the earliest appointment would be August 17th. Showed at 15 minutes early on the 17th and was informed it would take approximately two and half hours. Three hours later I needed the car back for my next appointment and was told that they had not even started working on the alignment. Someone should have told me that this was not going to work out on this day. Total waste of three hours. Very disappointing. More

Do not recommend. Put 1k+ miles on my brand new vehicle when it had to be brought in for service with only 74 miles. No communication to me about needing to put so many miles on it. Had my vehicle for 4 weeks with very little communication. Went to pick it up and didn’t even get out of the parking lot and service engine light came on again. Had my vehicle for another 2 weeks with no communication. Went to pick it up and it had no gas in it. Gas light was on and wasn’t even registering miles to empty. Service Manager was very rude and told me I could come back tomorrow and they could put $10 of gas in it because they were closed. More
