Lifted Jeep Experience I have a lifted Jeep Commander, not the easiest to work on. I had a broken part in the powertain. Bought a 2016 Dodge Charger Garry Sparkman and the staff at Palace Chrysler Dodge Jeep were fantastic and made the transaction easy starting from the test drive where I was allow Garry Sparkman and the staff at Palace Chrysler Dodge Jeep were fantastic and made the transaction easy starting from the test drive where I was allowed to take the car out by myself and take my time to experience it. Lunch and drinks were provided by their in-house caterer Wes. Palace took great care of all the service on my 2007 Chrysler Pacifica for 10 years which had 125,000 miles on it! More

Ryan the service rep took all my information down and got my vehicle in immediately. He said it would take about a hour, well less then an hour my vehicle was ready to go. Ryan was very polite and knowledgeable of what needed to be done on my Journey. I have been coming to Milosch Palace for quite a few years and I would Highly recommend this dealership and your service is excellent. More

Tim took great care of me, helped me get a ride to my doctor’s appointment, and when fixed promptly let me know. The courtesy driver who gave me a ride was great; sorry, I do not remember his name. I appreciate the care and great treatment. I know they try to make it perfect for each customer every time. I understand how hard that is to do; but this time they did. More
