Jp and everyone else at the dealer were so great. Jp was excellent in getting the deal done, even with a mistake on my part. Made buying and all the paperwork easy as it could be. The person in finance that excellent in getting the deal done, even with a mistake on my part. Made buying and all the paperwork easy as it could be. The person in finance that did the paperwork, sorry I don’t remember her name, was amazing. She explained everything in detail and made this part of the sale so much better than past experiences at other dealerships. Love the truck, it is awesome. Thanks Ronn More

I was totally ignored in service. They probably thought my little computer update was not worth their time and effort. Probably not a money maker. However, I had planned on purchasing a Pacifica to replace my minivan (not the vehicle I had driven in with) that day. So, after standing around waiting for awhile, I left. More
Certification for used card needs work This may be a little lengthy. I purchased a 2014 Dodge Durango (certified used car) on August 29th. I was told when I was going to purchase this, that it will be ready in a couple of days so it can go through the certification process. Picked up the vehicle and assumed that everything was good. Here's where they failed as all these items were checked off on the certification checklist but should not have passed inspection. * Rear taillight/backup lights not functional * XM Radio not working (Radio was finally replaced 7 1/2 weeks later) * Video remote had batteries that leaked acid inside. * Engine covered in dirt but cover was dipped in armour all to make it look pretty. * Change oil light still on (was told they forgot to reset it) Still not sure if it was done as these other items were found. * Undercarriage was caked with dried up mud. I literally removed 3 bucketfuls of dirt from under the vehicle. * Needed to replace the front wheel bearing 3 weeks after I purchased the vehicle. I do love the Durango and did receive a good price. I also understand that this is a used car. But when you pay for a certified car, that's what you would expect to receive. The service advisors did get some of these things corrected and worked with me. I took care of some things myself. The sales person should have looked the car over for the obvious defects that I found. He did help get these things corrected and was apologetic. The other downside is that I had to take three days off at various times to get these thing fixed. Everything has just now been fully corrected and I finally feel good about my purchase. Not sure that I would purchase another vehicle from them again or not. More
Do yourself a favor and find another dealer Just got my Jeep back after being in their service center for 10 days............ 10 days you're thinking, it must have been serious? Nope, took it i Just got my Jeep back after being in their service center for 10 days............ 10 days you're thinking, it must have been serious? Nope, took it in for a Takata airbag recall and had them check the front axle seals. Come to find out, both front axle seals needed to be replaced. This being said, let investigate how long it takes to do both of these: Airbag - 1/2 hour is you're moving slow Axle seals - 4-6 hours if you know what you're doing (which they should) Now, you're wondering why 10 days? Well, when I dropped off their rental car, the woman who check it in was very quick to check the number of days and total up the total amount to be charged back to Chrysler for the warranty work. Is this why they had my car for so long? To charge Chrysler for 10 days of rental car when it should only have been 2 at most? Interesting Now, let's discuss how they damaged one of my calipers when doing the axle work and claimed it was seized when it was brought in. Hmmmm, interesting, my rotor was in perfect condition, the Jeep braked and drove fine when I brought it in, the pads were completely fine. I think I would have noticed this especially since I know how to do break jobs and caliper replacements. The funny thing is, they got the caliper off, but said they couldn't get it back on because it was seized. What? How would it get stuck out why the caliper was off? Was someone pumping the brakes with the caliper off the rotor? Did they over extend it? Nope, according to Jim, the service manager, who is a completely disrespectful and a non customer service oriented service manager. According to him, his technicians don't make mistakes............ ridiculous. Now, let's talk about the service agent to was "taking care" of me. Patrick, tried to tell me after they did an inspected that it was required I do $1600 of service. Required........ not recommended. I had to inform him that this required service he is suggesting is subjective to what the vehicle is being used for. Service that the FCA (Chrysler) owner's manual states is only "recommended, not required" if you use you vehicle for plowing, police service, desert use, or heavy towing. None of which I do. I can only image someone with less automotive knowledge getting this line of BS and actually thinking that they brought their vehicle in for a recall and end up spending $1600. This type of behavior is what makes automotive service seem sleazy. When I asked him to explain the service he couldn't. Injector cleaning (not in owner's manual recommend maintenance), coolant flush & refill, trans flush and refill (without filter change, doesn't make sense to me, like changing your oil without changing the filter), power steering flush and fill, and new spark plugs (without PVC valve, again, should be changed with new plugs). To add insult to injury, my car was finished today @ 10am. They said they were waiting on the paperwork and would let me know when I could pick my car up. It took them 6 more hours to then call and let me know it was ready. They are so worried about the time applied and to be charged back to Chrysler that they delayed me another 6 hours for the technitian to apply his/her time. Absolute BS. I have to tell you, if I worked for FCA, in the warranty claims department, and read this post, I would definitely be investigating the Milosch's Palace Chrysler service center. They are padding service work & rental fees at FCA's expense. Bottom line, they are more concerned with their money then the customer. It's unfortunate that this establishment is not trustworthy as it is by my house and I was really hoping I could buy my JL there next spring. More
