Service I was very disappointed with Serra Chevrolet's service department. I am from out of town and my car broke down and had to be towed to them. It was easy to get in touch with Tess the first time to find out about my car, but then it was impossible to get her. I finally had someone else pick up my car and bring it to Tupelo, MS where I live. I use the Blackmon Chevrolet here, I found out that everything was covered under warranty except a plug, it cost me approximately $12.00, Serra/Tess quoted me around $650 to fix it. As for my experience, I would never return to Serra Chevrolet again for any reason and would not recommend them either. More

I cannot believe this is a Chevrolet dealership. I have bought vehicles from other dealerships and never have a had such a terrible experience. There was no communication among the departments. Considering the vehicle was "detailed" three times and each time looked the exact same with crumbs in the center console, food under the seats, and added stains from not wiping off the cleaner on plastic/chrome parts all while taking over 3 hours to complete. When advertising a keyless entry and then having to wait 3 weeks to obtain the key fob is unacceptable. Shannan and Robbie weren't of any assistance and were borderline rude. This establishment shouldn't bear the name Chevrolet, it's more like a small used car lot. Thank you for asking for a review. More
