My service was disappointing. Rude staff I arrived at 6:20 am. Online stated opens at 7:00am Was told when I got there it opens at 8.. I live 30 mins away and told Jacob Hudson I was going to wait. The garage doors finally open. A lady comes out and talks with the person writing on her clip board. Puts a number flyer on his truck and asked him to pull up in the garage. I felt insulted since I had been waiting since 6:20. I spoke up and she dismisses me by saying they start oil changes at 8:00. She totally ignored me.. A few mins later Jacob comes out and place a number flyer on my car and take my keys.. He had me waiting unnecessarily without explanation or an apology. When my car was finished which took about 1hr and 30mins I was told by the guy who changed my oil that my car has been ready and he doesn’t know why they had me waiting for so long. Upon checking out he gave me just a receipt of payment. They always give me inspections and recommendation form with my service which I didn’t receive. I asked Jacob to please print one out and he didn’t know how.. So I’m clueless to what services I need and exactly what was serviced on my car. Very, very poor customer service which needs major improvement More
I didn’t receive service, I was told my warranty didn’t cover my issue. And the diagnosis fee is pretty high not to receive any services. I called my warranty service, only to find out that part of the ser cover my issue. And the diagnosis fee is pretty high not to receive any services.
