I was given a quote on a repair and told about the covid-19 discount. I told Tessa I would come back. Two weeks later i called and I told Tessa I would be in the next day and she said I didn't need an covid-19 discount. I told Tessa I would come back. Two weeks later i called and I told Tessa I would be in the next day and she said I didn't need an appointment. When I came in Tessa didn't give me the covid-19 discount and couldn't give me a reason why. I reminded her of what she quoted and she told me she would try to find the initial quote (mind you she said she would put a note on my account). Eventually she said I will go ahead and honor the discount but the part wasn't in stock so I would need to come back the next day. I asked if she could call and let me know that the part was in. She never called. The next morning I called several times and left several messages which were never returned. I wasn't told about any warranty on the parts or repairs. I am satisfied with the repair. However I am still completely disappointed in the lack of service I received from Tessa Abdoli.(name listed on her business card) I hope I never have to come back to Serra for any reason. And I can't recommend this company in good conscience. More
