IF I COULD GIVE A ZERO I DEFINITELY WOULD!! MY CAR WAS HIT SO NISSAN TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO CHEVY COLLISION DEPARTMENT! I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE THE BEST SINCE THEY'RE A DEALERSHIP. I ONLY DEAL WITH SERRA N HIT SO NISSAN TOLD ME TO TAKE IT TO CHEVY COLLISION DEPARTMENT! I THOUGHT THEY WOULD BE THE BEST SINCE THEY'RE A DEALERSHIP. I ONLY DEAL WITH SERRA NISSAN. ONE OF THE BIGGEST MISTAKES OF MY LIFE. THE MANAGER DAVID WAS RUDE, LAZY, LIES AND SIT AT THE DESK DOING NOTHING! TALKING TO HIM IS TALKING TO THE WALL. HE'S VERY FORGETFUL AND MOUTHY SMH. THEY KEPT MY CAR FOREVER WHEN HE SAID 2 WEEKS NOT 2 MONTHS. MY CAR WAS FILTHY, SCRATCHES IN A FEW PLACES. I SHOWED HIM THEY PUT PAINT ON IT THAT'S NOT THE SAME BLACK AND LOOKS MORE LIKE A MARKER. DIRTY HAND PRINTS INSIDE ON THE TOP INTERIOR. IT'S BEEN A HEADACHE FROM THE BEGINNING. THEN I HAD A 3" SLASH IN MY TIRE THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T SEE REALLY......I GAVE THEM THE CAR BACK TO CHANGE THE TIRE IT TOOK THE ANOTHER 2 WEEKS TO GET A TIRE FOR MY CAR....REALLY....REALLY......I WILL NEVER EVER TAKE MY CAR BACK TO THESE PPL. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF A BIG HEADACHE AND TAKE YOUR CAR ELSEWHERE. DON'T SAY I DIDN'T WARN YOU!! NOW MY SIDE MIRRORS SENSORS DON'T WORK LET HIM TELL IT HE HAS TO MAKE AN APPOINTMENT WITH NISSAN FOR THEM TO PROGRAM IT...HE SAY. WE WAITED 2 MONTHS NOTHING SMH. WE TALK TO HIM 5X ABOUT IT. I TALK TO MY INSURANCE PROVIDER THEY SAID I CAN TAKE IT MYSELF AND THEY'LL TAKE CARE OF IT! NEVER AGAIN THE WORST EXPERIENCE!!! More
