Serra Chevrolet - Service Center

No one answers the phone, despite repeated calls. Went in person, women working the service desk was rude. She refused to make me a service appointment for a factory recall. This dealership and all that I came in contact with went above and beyond all my expectations . I would recommend them to any and all of my friends and not be worried that the work that is performed would n above and beyond all my expectations . Spent $1900,...they kept my truck 2 weeks. It wasn't fixed so I had to take it back and they kept it another week. They wouldn't even help us with a replacement vehicle but they did tell me they were ge fixed so I had to take it back and they kept it another week. They wouldn't even help us with a replacement vehicle but they did tell me they were getting paid by GMC to redo the job...so they got paid twice for the job and we were out of a vehicle twice and $1900. Also, they got grease all over the inside of my truck. I noticed it on the handle the first time I picked it up and mentioned it to them. She offered to clean it off and I told her it was ok. While I had it the first time, i saw there was actually grease all over so when i took it back, she said they would take care of it....but they didn't. More

This service center is bottom tier at best! They need to have a better check and balance of the work the technicians do.
