Our transmission went out in Birmingham. We talked to other dealerships, and they said it would be weeks before we could get it fixed. Called Serra, and they had it fixed with a week and a half! Took a week for them to answer my call. At first they couldn’t find my car after a week it was there then after 2 weeks they didn’t know where my car key was. It’s was stressful waited two months just to couldn’t find my car after a week it was there then after 2 weeks they didn’t know where my car key was. It’s was stressful waited two months just to get my car fixed and a set price. Then when it was fixed the price went up $300. The only good thing I can say is that my car riding smoother than before. Started out fine. But service is slacked lately. Wanted a diagnostic for my car and they kept it for 2 days.
