BUYER BEWARE: Do Not Buy A Set Of Tires Here Or You Will Be SOL. Took vehicle in to have tires rotated when due according to mileage. Two tires were bald. Was told there is no warranty. The manager said he will call the company to check with them and call me the next day. The manager should have know this information without calling. On the 2nd day, I called him and he said no they don’t have a warranty. Did he really call or not? Who knows? They lost our business. More

They suck. I brought a car from them Full coverage warranty 5 yr / 60 thousand miles bumper to bumper power train. I took my car in for service they keep my car for 3 months, and when I got it back t warranty 5 yr / 60 thousand miles bumper to bumper power train. I took my car in for service they keep my car for 3 months, and when I got it back the problem wasn’t fix. Then when I brought it back the next day explaining it’s still not. Running right the manager tried to charge me to service the vehicle knowing it was warranty. Then they didn’t want to give me a loaner car. So I’m driving my car and it still ain’t fix. So yeah I’m sorry but the centerpoint location S U C K S 😡 More
