I came in for a oil change in December,and every since then I have been leaking oil... I only get my oil changed at the dealerships... I bought it at chevrolet 280 almost 3 years ago, And have never had then I have been leaking oil... I only get my oil changed at the dealerships... I brought back in to you 3 times, and on the third time, u claim you now see the problem and I got to pay for..... I am very unhappy with my service from you.. More

Thorough, Friendly. Customer care associates in the service center. I took my car in for a new battery and it somehow started losing fluid. My car was old and on its last leg. I’ll never purchase anoth service center. I took my car in for a new battery and it somehow started losing fluid. My car was old and on its last leg. I’ll never purchase another pre-owned Cruz. Why put plastic parts in the engine compartment where all of the heat is Chevy? Make it make sense!! The Customer care associates are as attentive and caring on the phone as they are in person. I truly cannot praise them enough but I think Chevrolet is only concerned about quality when they build trucks. More
