I had a battery replaced less than two months ago 370. 00. Went out of town pulled over my car shut off due to the auto start. Sat on a dark road a hour and a half waiting for someone to come. I just wish I had never bought my truck from this dealership. I've tried for six months to get the suspension problem fixed with zero results. I went in last month and had oil changed and tires rot dealership. I've tried for six months to get the suspension problem fixed with zero results. I went in last month and had oil changed and tires rotated and was told that it probably just needs some greece. So they had the truck on the lift, had the tires off, and didn't take the time to even put greece on what ever is making the noise on my 2022 Colorado? This is just xxxxxxxxx! I'm still riding around in a brand new truck that sounds like it's 20 years old. Keep in mind, I'm only complaining about the service department. I am trying to decide now if I should just pay out of pocket and have my brand new truck serviced at another dealership or keep playing their game. They also will not honor the service coupons offered by GM. More

Horrible experience. The service writer didn’t know his butt from a hole in the ground. My truck was in for its first service which includes; oil and filter change, ti The service writer didn’t know his butt from a hole in the ground. My truck was in for its first service which includes; oil and filter change, tire rotation and top off all fluids. They only changed the oil. Service writer blamed it on the service technician. The manager told me that the service writer entered it incorrectly as just an oil change. Bottom line is I was lied to and didn’t receive services requested. Yes I made myself clear upon arrival as to why I was there and what was supposed to be done! More

I had to take my new car back several times because of the brakes. After being told they would not cover it and several calls to GM, because this is a new car, they agreed to repair them.
