Had 830 am appointment for 30 min service left at 1030 am Had a appointment scheduled for.830 am supposed to be out by 9 arrived at 815 they did not start working on my car until about 945 left dealer at 1030 Had a appointment scheduled for.830 am supposed to be out by 9 arrived at 815 they did not start working on my car until about 945 left dealer at 1030. I was initially quoted $50 for labor by end they upped the price to $70 saying normally its $100. More
They called me a liar and treated like an idiot. I wish I could live negative review! I brought nice black corvette and asked them to change a head unit, change oil. The job was done fine except one thing: they left several scratches on dashboard and front left side of the car !!! I asked them if there was any resolution of the damage they made. They !SOLD! me their detailing service for another $80 stating that everything would go away. And yes, partially it did, but their scratches ARE there!!! So, they claimed they didn't check the status initially, maybe I did all the damage and trying to blame them. In addition, they suggested going to some body shop. So, the bottom line is they called me a liar and treated like an idiot. Is this a joke??? Is there any place I can file a complaint? More
53/8/13 - Car is running fine and problem resolved after second trip. Staff is very nice, only reason I gave it a "good" rating for overall experience is because I had to go back a second time. Dropped my car off on 2/25/13; car was acting sluggish,lack of acceleration below 30mph. I didn't have an appointment because the problem occurred on my way home from work. Randy told me to bring it in, set me up with a rental because he diagnosed it as a warrantied power train problem. Called me on 2/27/13 advising that it was a transmission component that's covered under warranty but also recommended replacing cooling hose at @$250 so I agreed. Called me today, 2/28/13 to let me know it was done so I went there after work, dropped off rental car and picked up my car. Drove less than 1/4 mile and realized that car was still sluggish, no acceleration and now my engine light was on. Called Randy and was told to bring it back in so they can take a look; as of now, they have the car again, I have the rental still and still don't know what the problem is other than possible debris in the "TCM". People there are very friendly, accommodating but my issue is that I drove it 1/4 mile and it was evident that was not resolved and now I have the added concern that the engine light is on as well. I would recommend based on the customer service but I would not based on experience of having my car back less than 15mins and not only was car not fixed but I have the added issue of the check engine light. Told Randy that before they call me to pick it up, I don't care if they drive it to downtown Detroit, just make sure it's fixed. Stay tuned for update. More
I have had service done on 2 of my vehicles including brakes and belts replaced. I received an estimated cost and work was done when promised. Don is so great. Everytime I need something he always goes above and beyond to accomidate my needs. I had a flat tire and called Don, he sent a wrecker to help me out. Unfortunately I have a foriegn ca goes above and beyond to accomidate my needs. I had a flat tire and called Don, he sent a wrecker to help me out. Unfortunately I have a foriegn car and the wrecker service didn't have to lock to remove the tire. I have also had my timing belt repaired at this dealership. When I had to have the repairs done I was worried about cost, but Don kept me informed about the costs. More

I was late for my appointment, but the staff welcomed me in right away,completed the work,made adjustments for additional corrective maintenance that I hadn't noticed, and even stayed late to make sure I wa in right away,completed the work,made adjustments for additional corrective maintenance that I hadn't noticed, and even stayed late to make sure I was satisfied. All with a smile and great, prompt attention to detail. With the additional corrective maintenance, I prepared myself for sticker shock, BUT the price came in below the original quote! The new facility is spacious, beautiful, environmentally friendly, and even more customer friendly. My husband sends me here for ALL of our automotive needs. Thanks Serra Chevrolet! More
